Private advisory · access to the Government of Bolivia
We open doors to investing in Bolivia.
Minerals, energy and digital infrastructure, asset tokenization. We are private advisors with a direct relationship at the highest level of the Government of Bolivia. We do not lobby: we map the opportunity, bring the parties to the table and structure the vehicle through to execution.
What we do
Private advisory, not lobbying
We work for the investor. Our edge is access: we know who decides in Bolivia and how decisions get made. We turn that into files, meetings and contracts, not promises.
Opportunity map
Sector, players, permits, real timelines and risks. From public sources and direct conversations, not assumptions.
Government access
A direct relationship at the highest level of the Executive and with the state companies of the sector (mining, energy, lithium). We prepare the proposal and open the table.
Structuring
Bolivian S.A., offtake contract, concession, tokenized asset backed by metal or future production. With Bolivian and international legal counsel.
Execution on the ground
Team in Tarija: filings, suppliers, logistics, public milestone reporting. What is promised at the table is delivered on the ground.
Opportunities
Where the opportunity is today
Three sectors where Bolivia has world-scale resources and a shortage of structured capital. We only publish sourced figures; whatever is missing is marked «to be defined».

Bolivian Minerals
Direct access to the country's entire mining output, from gold and silver to tin, zinc, copper, tungsten, antimony, lithium and borates: direct purchase (offtake), stockpiling with lab assays and shipment via Panama. With the State: tokenized instruments backed by metal or future production.

Energy and digital infrastructure
Gas, hydro and a 115 kV corridor with almost no digital infrastructure of its own. Data centers, firm power and connectivity, structured as a Bolivian S.A. with foreign shareholders.

Asset tokenization
Cases already working in Hong Kong, Kyrgyzstan and Thailand, adapted to the Bolivian framework (BCB 082/2024, D.S. 5384/2025). Physical-metal tokens, production forwards, royalty bonds.

Why Bolivia, why now
A country with world-scale resources and almost no digital infrastructure of its own
The figures in this section come from public sources cited at the bottom of the page. The reading is ours: in Bolivia the gap between resources and invested capital is wide, and Tarija combines energy, a university, wine and a tech community we just put on the map.
of lithium according to the USGS, the second-largest known concentration in the world
[1]altitude of Bolivian vineyards; the grape, wine and singani industry moves over US$ 140 M a year and supports 4,200 families
[2]inhabitants in the Tarija department (2024 census), fourth-largest departmental economy and a natural-gas producer

[4]How we work
Interest → map → table with the Government → vehicle
- 01
Interest and map
Tell us what you are looking for (sector, ticket, horizon). We return a map of the opportunity: who decides, which permits are needed, what is open today and what is not.
- 02
Table with the Government
We open the conversation at the level that decides: ministries, state companies, governorates. As private advisors, not lobbyists: we prepare the file and accompany every meeting.
- 03
Vehicle and execution
We structure the instrument (Bolivian S.A., offtake contract, tokenized asset) with local legal counsel, and execute from Tarija with public milestone reporting.
