The process

Interest
Form or direct message. Tell us which project, what ticket range you are considering and which currency you prefer. We reply with a summary and our questions.

NDA and data room
Where it applies, you sign an NDA and get the full documentation: dossiers, legal structure, financial model, technical consultations, risks.
- 03
Due diligence
Yours, with your advisers. We answer every question in writing and point out what we do not know yet. If a figure is not in the documentation, we do not make it up.
- 04
Vehicle and closing
Signing the documents of the relevant vehicle (below), identity verification (KYC) and contribution in stablecoins or fiat as the case requires.
- 05
Reporting
Periodic public reports: raised, spent, milestone progress. On-chain for tokenized assets; financial statements and minutes for the S.A.

Shares of a Bolivian S.A.
A sociedad anónima domiciled in Tarija, being incorporated, designed to take national and foreign shareholders. First round target up to US$ 20 M with capital released against milestones (firm power, land, anchor clients); expansion to US$ 50 M cumulative through further rounds, project debt or equipment financing. Contributions in fiat (bank transfer); crypto assessed case by case with counsel. Minimum ticket: to be defined.

Offtake · stockpile · token
Direct purchase (offtake) contract by lot with lab assays and shipment via Panama; stockpiling fund; or a tokenized asset backed by metal or future production, structured with the State. Ticket and currency to be defined per operation.

We accept stablecoins (USDT/USDC) where the vehicle allows it and fiat by bank transfer. Every transaction goes through identity and source-of-funds verification. We take no payments without signed documents and accept no sanctioned jurisdictions.
